Biography

Ban Ki-Moon is a South Korean diplomat and politician, who served as the eighth secretary-general, between 2007-2016, of the United Nations. He chaired the United Nations through extreme events such as the bombing of September 11th. Under his leadership, the SDG’s Framework was drafted and adopted.
